PRI-DANA's products shall be known as quality products in the market.

Being a quality product means that it shall fulfill the customers requirements and thereby meet the demands of the customer. The requirements can be stated in the customers specifications or they can be specified by national or international standards.

Our quality system shall furthermore be contributory to a satisfactory profitability in the company.

The quality system shall meet the demands in ISO 9001:2008.

By avoiding mistakes in every process from inquiry to final delivery, we intend to minimize "double-work".

If we can summarize our quality objectives, they would say:

Do it right - the first time!

Hence, our goal is zero defects.

Therefore, quality is first and foremost a question of management. The better we succeed in communicating the philosophy of quality to every employee, the fewer defects there will be to correct.

Experience has taught us that the work and costs concerning the maintenance of an appropriate quality system can be kept at a low level when the level of mistakes is correspondingly low.

Thus, in our quality system, we will give priority to management and organization rather than statistics and reports on the actual quality level.
